Can I check in before 1 PM?
No, but you are always welcome to drop off your luggage at the hotel.
Can I stay in the room after 11 AM on the day of departure?
No, the room must be vacated by 11 AM on the day of departure, but you are welcome to stay in the canteen.
Can I have breakfast before 6:30 AM?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to eat breakfast earlier. You are welcome to bring your own food and use the guest refrigerator at the hotel.
How late can I arrive at the hotel?
There is no 'at the latest' time for arrival. All doors are equipped with keypads, which means that you don't have to check in. You just use your door code at the front door and at the room door.
Can I change my reservation?
Unfortunately, you can't change your reservation. You can cancel all or part of the booking and place a new order.
Is smoking allowed at BB-Hotels?
No, smoking is not permitted at the hotel. Vaping is not permitted either.
Should I bring my own towels?
No, there will be one towel per bed in your room.
Should I bring bed linen?
No, all of our beds are made with allergy friendly bed linen.
Can I bring pets at BB-Hotels?
No, pets are not allowed, as the hotels are classified as allergy free.
Should I bring my own shampoo?
Yes, the room will only have hand soap.
